What you need to know!
· I always use the highest quality ingredients and your sponge cakes will be baked as near as possible to the date required to ensure they fresh.
· Fruit cakes need to be made in advance to mature, 4-6 weeks is the optimum amount of time.
· Although I can produce cakes at short notice, it is best to book early to avoid disappointment and to meet your exact requirements.
· Cakes valued up to £50 require a £10 deposit, over £50 require £20 and wedding cakes all require a £50 deposit.
· Delivery can be arranged on wedding cakes for a nominal charge but cakes are fully boxed for easy transportation.
· Cakes can be plain sponge with jam and buttercream, with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Chocolate with ganache filling, carrot cake or rich fruit.
· Special dietary requirements can be met for example gluten or egg free for no extra charge.
· Cake stands are available to hire for £15 with a £50 refundable deposit on return.
